The snow is slowly but surely creeping down the sides of the mountains and the air is tinged with frost.
I seem to always make plans about bringing my own (healthy) lunchbox to work not having to buy the hamburgers and sandwiches with mayo and the fried meat with too rich gravy in the canteen. However, every morning all the good intentions vanish into thin air, I hurry out the door bringing with me an orange at the most, and then I sneak down the stairs to the canteen for breakfast, for lunch and on more than one occasion for afternoon helpings as well. This will not do! I hope that posting this will help me get into the swing of leading an improved life with high-quality nutrition.

So how is it coming along - bringng the (healthy) lunchbox to work? But why is it that (my)booming cupboards and packed freezer, don't result in bringing a luchbox that will make our mouths water hours before the lunchbreak??? But the blueberry pie and the right-out-of-the-oven bun with homemade jam look just like a perfect afternoon helping :-)
